The Aviator

  this film feels so colorful

1. The film's synopsis consist of Howard Hughes' life during the 1920s through 1947, as a film director, an aviator, and a business man. His struggles with the media, the paparazzi, pressures from Hughes' involvement in business and TWA. As well as his obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD), how it affected his personal life, mind, and his later future.

2. List of the main characters:
Howard Hughes: the main and tragic character of this film. A film director, aviator, business man, and a millionaire or even a billionaire. Who has, unfortunately, suffered through OCD.
Katherine Hepburn: A high spirited, headstrong, and independent actress who becomes Howard's love interest near the beginning of the film, and helps alleviate Howard's OCD.
Juan Trippe: The main antagonist of the film. Whose primary task is to prevent Howard from expanding his company, TWA; in other words, from making his aviation company fly planes throughout Europe.
Ava Gardner: Howard's next girlfriend and a very headstrong actress.

3. Howard Hughes is quite a persistent, restless, and rambunctious person. He takes risk and is quite determined to finish what he started.

4. Howard has become more overstressed as his business and TWA expand, his mysophobia worsening and overtaking his mind, and his OCD increasing every second.

5. Howard respected women, treated them with care, tenderness.

6. Howard was afraid of his future would end as or what his career would be and his fear of germs and dust; mysophobia.

7. Howard was over stressed, repeating his phrases over and over, his constant mysophobia, and his increasing paranoia.

Citizen Kane review

1. Well, I learned that Charles Foster Kane likes to keep his personal life and possessions hidden from the paparazzi and the community.  As though Charles doesn't want to have anything to do with the places beyond his estate or abode. He's ashamed of his past actions.

2. It displays the relationship between Charles and Emily. How it goes through the same activity and conversation over and over and over again; repetitive. It also demonstrates Emily's clear view on Charles, her opinion about Charles' attitude and lack of affection.

3. In my opinion, it showed the audience the saddest part of Charles Foster Kane's life. Living his entire life on the belief that money was the way of life or money was the path of  happiness. It also displayed his inability to communicate with other people, his friends, and wives; due to his early departure from his parents when he was a only a child of eighth years of age. Upon discovering the identity of Rosebud was just an object; his sleigh, it brought sympathy and pity. Because it symbolized Kane's childhood, his happiness and admiration, and his longing to have his childhood back.

4. The globe that Kane was holding on his deathbed and the scene where Kane was destroying a room he picked up the same
globe that looked like his childhood home in winter and said "Rosebud".

5. I knew the second the camera was zooming on the object that was thrown to the fire was the mysterious "Rosebud". Other than that; the ending was substantially captivating because it comprehended Kane's longing for his childhood, a remedy for his solitude.

6. At first I thought that this film would be one of those "black and white dramatic films" one of those films that always have the same theme drama. this film proved my statement or opinion to be too quick to judge, I was wrong to judge a movie by it's color. It was a captivating film, with three-dimensional characters, with a decent theme, and a very intriguing plot.

                                       Django Unchained

                                                         A film by Quentin Tarantino

The Movie that I saw recently (and loved):
I saw Django Unchained on the weekend before school started, around January 7, 2013. It was awesome, one of Tarantino's best film yet. It's filled with action, gun fights, it also has some funny scenes. the acting in these film is great and very convincing. The plot and setting matches the themes; or a type of western, cowboy style of this film.

The most action packed movie I have ever seen:
It was filled with gory and bloody gun fights that will surprise or shock you especially where the fighters aimed their guns at the target's body parts, and some well-planned ambushes, or surprises.

A movie I would take all of my friends to see:
This movie had some very excitable scenes and some shocking scenes that would cover your eyes. I would want my friends to see this film and witness their reactions.
